Login to your Golf Pool Pro account

If you haven't already, log in to your Golf Pool Pro account. Go to the login page, enter your email address and enter the one-time code you received in the email. This will take you to the dashboard.

Open your pool's teams page

Start from your dashboard, locate your pool, click 'Edit' to open the pool edit page and open the pool's teams page using 'Edit Pool Teams' in the top right.

This page lists the teams in your pool along with the email address tied to each entry. It is the place to use when you need to contact everyone who has joined.

Narrow the list if needed

Use the search box or the approval filter before copying addresses.

This is useful if you only want to email approved teams, only unapproved teams, or a smaller group that matches a search term. The Copy Filtered Emails button only copies the email addresses that are currently visible on the page.

Copy the email addresses

Click Copy Filtered Emails.

Golf Pool Pro copies the visible email addresses to your clipboard as a semicolon-separated list. If the same email address appears on more than one visible team, it is only copied once.

Paste them into your email client

Open your email app and paste the copied addresses into the BCC field.

Using BCC is usually the safest choice because it keeps each team owner's email address private from the rest of the group. Write your message, confirm the recipients look right, and send the email from your own inbox.

If nothing copies

If the button reports No Emails Visible, clear or adjust your search and filter settings and try again.

If your browser blocks clipboard access, you may need to click the page again, allow clipboard permissions, or retry in a different browser.
