Common questions
When do I need to upgrade?
The free plan covers pools with 10 or fewer teams. If your pool goes to 11 teams or more, upgrade to the unlimited plan for $20.
Once it is time to upgrade, you can do so through your dashboard, or anyone can upgrade from the leaderboard.
What happens when I go over 10 teams and haven't paid?
If you exceed 10 teams and have not upgraded, the leaderboard locks and scores are hidden. A payment option appears so anyone can upgrade the pool.
Does the free plan include the full product?
Yes. The only difference is team count. Smaller pools use the same platform as the paid unlimited option.
Is the $20 charge monthly?
No. All charges are per pool and there are no recurring charges.
