Common questions
When do I need to upgrade?
The free plan covers pools with 5 or fewer teams. If your pool goes to 6 teams or more, upgrade to the unlimited plan for $20.
Once it is time to upgrade, you can do so through your dashboard, or anyone can upgrade from the leaderboard.
What happens when I go over 5 teams and haven't paid?
If you exceed 5 teams and have not upgraded, the leaderboard locks and scores are hidden. A payment option appears so anyone can upgrade the pool.
Does the free plan include the full product?
Yes. The only difference is team count. Smaller pools use the same platform as the paid unlimited option.
Is the $20 charge monthly?
No. All charges are per pool and there are no recurring charges.
Can I start free and decide later?
Yes. You can create your pool on the free tier and only upgrade if participation grows beyond the 5-team limit.
Is there an option if I create pools often?
